My name is Jamie and I am Wandering Lavender.

I started website because I have a huge passion and desire for traveling and want to share my experiences with you all. I love having this opportunity because, I myself, am still learning new things everyday and haven’t seen much of the USA, let alone the world, and not everyone has the opportunity to do so as well. There’s many people out there that like to share their experiences, and I want to be one of them. It’s nice to get all different kinds of perspectives from different people from around the world. With me, on this journey called life, will be my best canine companion, Aurora the Canaan. She’s my very independent, stubborn, but super sweet, smart, and full of personality Israelian bred dog.

On this website will be my personal blog posts about many random things, as well as my amateur photography. Once I start traveling more, I will include much more writings about our travels. I'm not much of a writer, well... I'm not a writer really, but on occasion I do like to write about things that are on my mind, or certain experiences I had that made a positive effect on my life. I also might want to start travel journaling, and maybe even crafting them, as long as I have the right tools on hand.

So this is my start, our start.
